Around the World

Tapas originated in Spain around the 13th Century, by King Alfonso X of Castile, as a small savory dish served with alcoholic drinks.  At PS Whiskey Lounge, we’re taking this idea to another level with flavors from around world for our patron Kings & Queens.

PS Whiskey Lounge only selects the best cured meats imported from Spain, Italy, and France. Our executive chef creates his own jams, pickles, and mustards to accompany all charcuterie boards. They are served with bread sticks & crackers.
